In Sydney - ‘‘Dialogues in Montenegro’’
The English translation of the book Dialogues in Montenegro was proofread by Tijana Jovićević, Sorbonne laureate, who lives and creates in Paris. Tijana Jovićević did an impressively sophisticated and sharp job. However, we wanted to have the English version read by ‘another pair of eyes’ to make sure the flow of the language was perfect and we consulted the native speakers Miška Mandić and Luke Bacon living in Sydney, Australia. Special thanks for their quick reply with precious suggestions. Couple of months later, once the book Dialogues in Montenegro was published, we sent them the printed copy across the oceans and the seas. Here comes the photo from Sydney.

We are sharing one of the prose inserts they liked very much - one of the intercultural dialogues that we find in the book.
”In Montenegro, we never leave bread upside down.”
”Neither do we in France. The saying goes: you can't earn your bread by lying down on your back.”
”I'm not sure the origin is exactly the same.”Dialogues in Montenegro, (p. 160).
